Simply purchase a Travel Bag and any damages during air travel are fully covered.

Strollers + Accessories

For Strollers, RumbleSeat or Bassinet accessories, the TravelSafe Program covers you within 4 years of your gear purchase (3 years under the original product warranty + an additional 1 year with TravelSafe). The 1 additional year is ONLY valid for damage caused to your gear in the Travel Bag during air travel.

Car Seats

For Car Seats, the TravelSafe Program covers you within the terms of your original warranty.

In-Home

For the Remi Playard, the TravelSafe Program covers you within 4 years of your gear purchase (3 years under the original product warranty + an additional 1 year with TravelSafe). The 1 additional year is ONLY valid for damage caused to your gear in the Travel Bag during air travel.

How To Make A Claim

If your gear is damaged during air travel, simply contact UPPAbaby within 14 days of your trip to file a claim. To make a claim, you will need to provide:

  1. Name, Address, and Serial Numbers of both your gear and Travel Bag.
  2.  Image of the damage to your gear.
  3. Proof of travel, including your departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation. 

Important Notes

Program benefits are contingent upon your gear being under its original warranty. UPPAbaby cannot replace gear if lost by the airline. A proof of purchase must be provided in order to make a claim.
